Don't hide your crazy

I come from the epitome of a Southern Baptist family where we went to church everytime the doors were open. We smiled and spoke to everyone. We definitely did not show our crazy! In this blog, I will talk about my life in general, with a focus on the last 10 years and my battle with mental illness. I made every bad decision possible and definitely did not hide my crazy. I'm still here and I'm healing! My hope is my story and transparency can help others heal and deal with mental health problems.
